UX research often relies on interviews, surveys, and analytics tools, yet many organisations already collect rich system data in the form of logs. In this session, I share what happened when I deliberately integrated system logs into my UX research practice for a year. I’ll show how logs complemented qualitative research, helped validate findings, improved collaboration with engineers, and significantly increased trust and buy‑in from stakeholders. The session is aimed at UX researchers and product practitioners who want to make stronger, data‑informed decisions that resonate across teams.
