At WaysConf, we believe that the best digital products are built by teams that listen carefully, understand real needs, and turn feedback into better decisions. That is why we are excited to announce our collaboration with Survicate, a platform for collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer and user feedback. This partnership feels like a natural fit. WaysConf brings together designers, researchers, product managers, leaders, and people responsible for building digital products. Survicate helps these teams understand users better, collect insights faster, and make decisions based on real data rather than assumptions. The collaboration with Survicate supports one of WaysConf main missions: driving meaningful product impact. We want to highlight practical methods, tools, and approaches that help teams create products with real value for users and businesses. Feedback is not just an extra step in the product process - it is one of its core elements. Through this partnership, we want to strengthen the role of research, continuous discovery, and community feedback. WaysConf conference has been a space for people who want to go beyond inspiration. It is for teams and professionals who want to return to work with better questions, clearer methods, and more confident product decisions. Survicate joins a group of partners who help us build a conference focused on quality and practice. Together, we want to show that better product decisions start with better listening. WaysConf 2026 x Capitalics: typography that strengthens brand experience We are happy to welcome Capitalics, Warsaw Type Foundry, as a partner of WaysConf 2026. Capitalics is the first digital type foundry in Poland. The studio designs typefaces for digital and print use, creates custom and semi-custom fonts, and supports brands with typographic consulting. For WaysConf, this partnership is especially meaningful because typography is one of those parts of design that often works quietly, yet has a strong impact on how people experience a product, brand, and message. Good type creates rhythm, clarity, character, and trust. It becomes part of the user experience, even when people do not consciously notice it. Capitalics combines design, technology, and cultural awareness. Their work shows that a typeface is not only a visual detail. It can be a strategic tool. It can support brand recognition, improve consistency, and strengthen the quality of experience across many touchpoints, from websites and digital products to apps, presentations, and event materials. Capitalics’ presence among our partners is more than a visual collaboration. It is also an invitation to talk about how design details shape the entire experience. In a world where many digital products use similar components, layouts, and interaction patterns, typography can become a powerful way to stand out. It can give a product a distinct personality, help users understand content faster, and make a brand more memorable. We are excited to have Capitalics as part of WaysConf 2026. Together, we want to show that product design is not only about processes, frameworks, and metrics. It is also about craft, quality, and deliberate visual decisions that influence how the whole experience is perceived.

DesignWays, the largest conference of its kind in the CEE region, has undergone a significant transformation and evolved into WaysConf. Over the past few years, this event has grown from a local workshop for designers to a major conference that attracts over 1,500 attendees and 40 speakers. The main goal of WaysConf has always been to promote unique and empowering conversations on digital design. At WaysConf, we believe that an excellent designer should consider different perspectives, including research, business users, developers, and stakeholders. This is why we've decided to rename DesignWays to WaysConf. We want to recognize that all of us, whether we fulfill the roles of researchers, designers, developers, or product owners, are working towards the same goal. However, the paths we choose to achieve it may differ. This year, we will guide attendees through the four major paths taken by digital product creators. We believe that it's essential to understand different perspectives and approaches in the creative process. By doing so, we can foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and build better products that meet the needs of all stakeholders. At WaysConf, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where attendees can connect, learn, and grow. We believe that by empowering conversations in the creative process, we can drive innovation and inspire the next generation of digital product creators. So, why is this change so great? Here are just a few reasons: Diverse lineup of speakers: Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from a wide range of speakers from different creative fields, who can share their experiences and insights on the creative process and its challenges. WaysConf is all about networking and building relationships in the industry. That's why we've improved our afterparty to be exclusively for attendees, giving you even more opportunities to connect with your peers and industry leaders. WaysAwards concept has also undergone a major revamp, and you won't want to miss the chance to see the best and brightest in the CEE region recognized for their work. Inclusivity and diversity: WaysConf is committed to inclusivity and diversity and will consider factors such as accessibility, language, and cultural representation. WaysConf is designed to benefit anyone involved in the digital product creation process, regardless of your title. Whether you're a researcher, designer, developer, or product owner, there will be something for you at this inclusive and innovative event. Join us at WaysConf and be part of a dynamic community of digital product creators. Register today and be inspired by the latest trends and best practices in the creative process. Let's embrace diversity and drive innovation together!
