Stephanie Jensen Swift is a Staff Product Designer at Adobe, working across iconography and design systems to tackle complex problems that cross products, teams, and disciplines. Her 15+ year career has taken her from graphic and web design to product design, ultimately specializing in design systems. That journey gives her a perspective that spans both the craft and systems sides of design. Today, much of her work focuses on how decisions connect across products and teams.
She believes some of the best design work happens by connecting dots and people that don’t initially seem connected. She thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and turning ambiguous ideas into something people can align around and act on. That same spirit extends to the broader design community, where she cares deeply about sharing what she’s learned and helping other designers grow.
Stephanie lives in Utah, USA, with her husband and four kids. Outside of design, you’ll find her playing soccer and spending time with her family’s unusually fluffy Teddywidder rabbits.
