Shai Passal is a Senior UX Researcher at monday.com, where she leads research for the company’s AI products, from agentic tools to embedded features that transform how customers interact with monday boards. She specializes in 0→1 product development, working from the earliest stages of ideation to help shape entirely new experiences.

With a background in Clinical Psychology, Shai brings a deep understanding of how people think, decide, and build trust, bridging human insight with strategic product thinking to create experiences that people genuinely value and use.  

Previously, she was a UX researcher at Meta and the first researcher at a startup, where she built the research function from the ground up.
