Molly Mahar

Molly is a Principal AI Designer at Intercom, where she has been building their flagship Fin AI Agent suite of products since its inception and where she has successfully scaled up an AI design team over the past two years. With a decade of experience designing AI and ML products and a number of AI product-related technical patents, Molly has unique insight into how to build AI systems and how the design discipline and collaboration model changes when building these types of products.
