Laura is the UX Research Domain Manager at Brainly’s Design Center of Excellence. Her primary responsibilities are providing product teams with strategic, foundational knowledge about Brainly’s users, and establishing and scaling UX research which includes building the operational infrastructure to support research activities. She is a UX researcher and Experience Designer with 15 years of experience leading experience design, innovation, and research projects both in-house and as a consultant to companies in multiple industries such as banking, automotive, retail, technology, social media, travel, and FMCG. As a qualitative researcher, she covers the spectrum from explorative, large-scale, multi-language research to quick-and-dirty guerrilla usability testing both remotely and onsite. Her specialization is cross-cultural research and understanding deeply hidden mindsets and beliefs.
