Kate is a Senior Quantitative UX Researcher with 9+ years of experience working at the intersection of user behaviour, data and product decisions, spending her time understanding why products don’t work and what needs to change for them to deliver measurable impact at scale.
She is a research geek with a particular fascination with complex systems, behavioural patterns and the things that are easy to miss when we look at users one metric at a time. She enjoys the messy part of research: questioning what the data actually represents, challenging convenient explanations and connecting seemingly unrelated pieces of evidence.
