In this talk, participants will learn about the power of mentorship and support in shaping the next generation of UX designers. As a UX/UI designer trainer and UX/UI Designer, I will share personal experiences and practical tips for becoming a successful mentor and building a culture of support within cross-functional teams. They will also learn about the importance of building self-confidence in others and creating a supportive work environment. This talk is relevant not only to UX design, but also to other areas of the workplace. By sharing my own experiences and offering practical tips, I want to inspire the audience to become better mentors and more supportive colleagues, ultimately shaping the next generation of UX (and other) designers. The outline would be: Introduction and my experience as UX/UI Designer and trainer Explanation the importance of mentorship and support in the workplace and how it can shape the next generation of UX designers.

Part 1: The Power of Mentorship: Discussion of the benefits of mentorship for both the mentor and mentee. Sharing personal experiences and success stories of mentoring relationships. Offering practical tips and advice for those looking to become mentors.

Part 2: Building Self-Confidence and Support: Discussing the importance of building self-confidence in others and creating a supportive work environment, share practical strategies for building self-confidence and fostering a culture of support within cross-functional teams, explanation how these strategies can be applied not only to UX design but also to other areas of the workplace. Conclusion: Summing up the main points of your presentation. Encouraging the audience to become mentors and to build supportive work environments.
