The workshop will simulate the reality of decision-making on product scope from a designer’s perspective. Based on two practical case studies of Internet of Things products, participants will learn tools to facilitate decision-making and prioritization of changes. This workshop is aimed at people who would like to learn techniques to facilitate collaboration with decision makers in an agency work environment.
