Join Brad Frost for a full-day, hands-on workshop designed for people who want to go deeper than a conference talk and work through practical challenges in a focused group setting.
Date: September 15, 2026
Duration: 8 hours
Time: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Apteka Designu, ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 19A, Kraków
Format: Full-day workshop
Language: English
AI is becoming part of product work whether teams are ready or not. Used without context, it can create chaos, especially when it collides with existing design systems, standards, and organizational constraints.
In this full-day workshop, Brad Frost will show how AI and design systems can work together to strengthen foundations, improve product delivery, and help teams explore new possibilities responsibly. The day combines concepts, real company workflows, live demos, hands-on exercises, discussion, and Q&A.
Participants will learn how to use AI to audit and improve design system foundations, including tokens, components, and documentation. They will also explore context-based workflows across the product lifecycle, from research and synthesis to design, development, testing, and feedback. The workshop will also cover responsible experimentation, governance, privacy, approvals, and practical ways to introduce AI into design system work without creating unnecessary risk.
By the end of the day, participants will leave with reusable materials, including an AI + Design Systems playbook outline, audit prompts, evaluation checklists, a safe-to-try experiment proposal, and a simple rollout plan.
Participants should bring:
a laptop, a note-taking tool, access to an AI tool such as Claude or another LLM, and optionally Figma, a code editor, or their own design system documentation.
