Robert is a UX and Accessibility Expert, specializing in Inclusive User Research and Participatory Design. They practice research for 14 years, doing applied research for about 10 years, and for 8 years focusing on design and helping teams facilitate design processes.

Finished their master’s at University of Warsaw Cultural Anthropology and currently conducting an industrial PhD programme in humanistics at University of Łódź. Their PhD projects focus on implementing Digital Accessibility in world-wide organizations. They are interested in subjects related to healthcare, disease and medicine as well as participation and inclusivity. They are experienced in facilitating and designing various projects and products in participation with people from marginalized groups, especially those living with chronic diseases.

Happy to support various teams in UX, standardizing good practices for UX Research and Design - with emphasis on Inclusive Research and Accessible Design strategies and methods - as well as popularizing Participatory Design and Accessibility principles. A fan of Pokemon Video Games, ancient tombs and fast electronic music.
