Kinga Dybek

UX & Accessibility Specialist at UniCredit. She is an experienced designer and educator focused on making digital products easy to use for everyone (WCAG). Her work covers sectors like Fintech, AI, and Prop-tech.

She was named one of the top Polish designers in the "Designerki" project. Since 2018, she has led the Krakow chapter of Ladies, Wine & Design. She also taught Universal Design at SWPS University and ran AI workshops for the Microsoft AI National Skills Program. She is a strong advocate for inclusive and innovative design.
