Karolina helps companies to build bridges between what is and what could be.

She co-runs the Future Continuous, a taskforce helping business leaders and changemakers overcome obstacles they face when pursuing new directions. She believes that even though innovation is hard, it is necessary for long-term business survival.

She is also part of the think-tank Nowe Narracje, which aims to shift narratives and regain hope about the future.
