I'm a UX Researcher specialized in Research Operations. Originally started a Product Manager in Argentina, then became a Researcher in Berlin and specialized in Research Operations in Barcelona. I've been working with companies and researchers building research practices from scratch, from infrastructure to the culture and the processes. Whether in-house or through my agencies, my experience is heavily based on starting research teams from the ground up.
