Researcher, designer and Team Lead. A graduate of cross-cultural psychology at SWPS University, with over 15 years in UX. She currently leads an 18-person team of designers at SoftServe working on international enterprise projects, and has worked with startups, mid-size companies and corporations across e-commerce, pharma, health and finance. She runs projects with a Design Thinking approach.
