Agata Kowalska is a service and systemic designer working at the intersection of systems thinking, futures, and design. She explores complex societal and organisational challenges through participatory research and systems-oriented approaches, from public services to long-term transitions. Alongside her design practice, she teaches systems thinking and futures methods in international postgraduate programmes.
