Strategic Designer (UX/UI)

Lead digital projects from initial framing through research, strategy, validation, UX/UI and launch preparation, supported by a Partner and the Delivery Director.

The work

• Plan delivery and align senior decision-makers across business, design and engineering.
• Guide stakeholder negotiations while preserving the intended product direction.
• Coordinate specialists and take responsibility for project outcomes.

Your background

• Strong UX/UI foundations and experience with complex enterprise or public-sector services.
• Business understanding, persuasive communication, workshop facilitation and composure under pressure.
• English at C1/C2 level.

Cooperation

• Remote B2B arrangement for independent contractors.
• Indicative monthly compensation: PLN 20,000–25,000 net plus VAT, depending on experience, responsibilities and availability.
• Work within an Apple and Google Workspace environment.
• Eligible long-term contractors may purchase selected sports and healthcare benefits on preferential terms.
