SEO & AISO Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing SEO and AISO (AI Search Optimization) campaigns for clients in Poland and worldwide
• Optimizing websites across various languages
• Implementing technical SEO and AISO optimizations in Polish and English
• Actively participating in marketing content creation
• Preparing comprehensive SEO audits
• Reporting activities and performance through detailed analyses and presentations
• Direct client communication – building positive relationships, educating, and implementing strategies aligned with company standards and policies via email, phone/video calls, and meetings
• Working closely with sales and marketing teams
• Gathering and providing new data within the SEO and AI domains
• Analyzing and testing non-standard, new AISO solutions
• Conducting custom audits with deep insights
• Monitoring and analyzing search engine algorithm updates and consumer trends
• Tracking SEO and AI trends while testing new tools
• Performing AISO testing and contributing to internal tool development

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in technical SEO and at least 1 year in AI
• Practical knowledge of SEO and AI tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SENUTO, Semstorm, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, and Gemini; knowledge of Make and automation tools is a plus
• Understanding of technical SEO aspects, APIs, and AI
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and a basic understanding of JavaScript/PHP
• English proficiency sufficient for drafting reports and documentation
• Hands-on experience with website modifications and auditing
• Strong analytical approach to SEO, AI, traffic channels, and conversion tracking
• A continuous-learning mindset focused on expanding knowledge in AISO, SEO, and marketing
