Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist
• Continuously expands their knowledge in digital marketing and SEO
• Has a strong understanding of AI Search and optimization techniques for LLMs
• Is proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, Semrush, Semstorm, Senuto, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs
• Can independently build search engine optimization strategies for international clients across various industries
• Has a good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Possesses hands-on experience in website modification and conducting SEO audits
• Understands how algorithms and web crawlers work, with the ability to adapt quickly to algorithm updates
• Responds effectively and adaptively to industry changes
• Is well-organized and self-driven
• Knows how to effectively report SEO performance and activities
• Is fluent in English, written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Ultimately, independently managing SEO processes for clients in Poland and worldwide
• Optimizing websites across multiple languages
• Actively participating in marketing content creation
• Preparing comprehensive SEO audits
• Reporting activities and performance through data summaries, analyses, and presentations
• Working directly with clients – building strong relationships, educating, and executing campaigns based on company standards and policies via email, phone/video calls, and one-to-one meetings
• Monitoring SEO changes and trends, and leading internal training sessions
• Monitoring and updating key SEO elements that impact search engine visibility
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams
