WaysConf is a place for people who build digital products. We bring together product designers, UX researchers, product managers, developers, founders, and leaders.
Our goal is to help teams learn from real work. We choose talks, workshops, and discussions that show practical methods, honest lessons, and clear decisions people can use in their own teams.

september 2025
Seventh Edition: WaysConf
WaysConf 2025 returned to EXPO Krakow with three clear paths: Design, Research, and Product. The programme focused on real case studies, practical talks, and better ways for teams to work together.
september 2024
Sixth Edition: WaysConf
In 2024, WaysConf added a programme council and expanded the event with new topics, including no-code. We worked to make the programme useful for people at different levels of experience.
september 2023
Fifth Edition: WaysConf
The 2023 edition brought the new WaysConf name to a wider audience. It helped designers, researchers, product people, and developers meet, learn, and share their work.

Fourth Edition: Breaking Attendance Records
In 2022, we came back with a large on-site event. We added live translation, invested in better stages and technology, and welcomed over 1,500 attendees. This was also the first year of our awards competition.

DesignWays became WaysConf
DesignWays became WaysConf because good digital products need more than design. They need research, product thinking, technology, and teamwork. The new name made space for more roles and more points of view.
september 2021
Third Edition: DesignWays Returned
In 2021, DesignWays returned after the hardest months of the pandemic. We ran a hybrid event with 600 people on site and 200 people online, while keeping extra safety rules in place.

Pandemic: No Conference
The third edition of DesignWays was postponed because of COVID-19. We chose safety first and moved the next event to 2021.
september 2019
Second Edition: Expanding Horizons
The second edition of DesignWays took place in September 2019. We moved to EXPO Krakow, sold out all tickets, and invited speakers from outside Poland for the first time. More than 700 people joined us on site.

First Edition of DesignWays
The first edition of DesignWays took place in September 2018 at Krakowski Park Technologiczny. It sold out and brought together 330 people interested in digital design.
