The idea for this Talk comes from my personal experience. The topic will be of particular interest to those looking to advance their careers in team management.

Changing path to being a line manager involves a huge change in duties and responsibilities. Not everyone is aware of this difference. Studies show that many people who are unaware of this can get burned out professionally.

The goal is to build awareness, show alternatives and help those who are interested to become better leaders.
